CONEWAGO BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

To: Conewago Baseball Association Supporters,
The Conewago Baseball (Softball) Association (CBA) is getting prepared for the 2010 season. The boys, girls and coaches are all anxious to get their seasons started. CBA is proud to be able to provide the children with a quality program, but in order to maintain and improve our program, we are seeking your support through a financial contribution.
This year CBA will field nine teams in baseball and softball. This includes our T-ball program as well as three age levels of baseball and three age levels of slow pitch softball. The children not only learn how to play one of America’s oldest and most respected games, but will also learn values of TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP and DISCIPLINE.
CBA has two areas that you can provide financial support. The first area is our yearly “Field Improvement Fund”. This fund has been established to allow families, businesses or other entities the opportunity to give a monetary contribution. These funds will be earmarked to improve our playing fields, repair fences and purchase any necessary equipment for maintaining our fields.
The second opportunity that you have is to sponsor one of the Conewago baseball or softball teams. This allows a business to sponsor one of our teams by donating $150 to the association. With your donation, your business name will appear on a team’s uniform jersey, recognition at Opening Day and a Sponsor plaque with a team picture.
With your financial support, CBA will be able to improve our program and playing fields. We hope that the association and the children of Conewago Township can count on your support.
